By accessing or using iLearnWhy services (assessments, reports, counseling, application support, and digital products), you agree to the following:
Nature of Service: All services are digital, advisory, and non-tangible. Outputs (tests, reports, counseling, and application guidance) are indicative and do not guarantee academic, admission, or career outcomes.
User Responsibility: Decisions based on our services are solely the user’s responsibility.
No Warranty: Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: iLearnWhy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Accountability: Users must provide accurate information. Misuse or fraudulent activity may result in service termination without refund.
Intellectual Property: All frameworks, reports, and tools are proprietary and cannot be copied, resold, or redistributed.
Data Collected: Name, contact details, academic inputs, and responses.
Usage: Strictly for report generation, counseling, and service improvement.
No Selling of Data: Personal data is never sold or rented.
Limited Sharing: Shared only with authorized personnel for service fulfillment.
Security: Reasonable security practices are implemented as per applicable Indian laws.
User Rights: Users may request data correction or deletion, subject to legal obligations.
Strict No-Refund Policy:
All payments for digital products and services are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the user does not access or complete the service after purchase.
Limited Exception (Service Non-Delivery):
A refund will be issued only if iLearnWhy fails to provide access to the purchased service (e.g., test access) within 7 days of successful payment, provided the delay is solely attributable to iLearnWhy.
Exclusions:
No refunds will be provided for:
User not attempting or completing the test/service
Incorrect information provided by the user
Issues caused by user device, internet, or third-party platforms
Change of mind after purchase
Rescheduling:
Counseling sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
No Show / Late Cancellation:
No refund or credit will be provided.
Duplicate Payments:
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes:
Users agree to contact iLearnWhy before initiating disputes. The company reserves the right to contest chargebacks with proof of service delivery, including access logs and session records. Fraudulent disputes may lead to account suspension and legal action.
All prices are displayed in INR.
Payments are processed through secure, compliant payment gateways.
iLearnWhy does not store card details, CVV, OTPs, or banking credentials.
Transactions may require OTP/2FA authentication as per regulatory requirements.
In case of failed transactions where money is debited but service is not confirmed, users must allow 5–7 working days for automatic bank reversal before raising a complaint.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed purchases will not be affected.
Mode: Fully digital (online tests, reports, virtual counseling, and application facilitation).
Timeline:
Test access: Typically immediate after payment
Reports: Within stated timeframe after completion
Counseling: As per scheduled slot
Application support (E-Apply): As per timelines communicated during the process
Proof of Delivery:
System-generated records such as timestamps, email confirmations, dashboard access logs, and submission records constitute valid proof of delivery.
iLearnWhy provides application facilitation services only.
All information and documents provided are the sole responsibility of the user.
Users must review and verify all application details before submission.
iLearnWhy shall not be responsible for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from incorrect user-provided data.
No guarantee of admission or acceptance is provided.
Delays, rejections, or issues from institutions or third parties are outside iLearnWhy’s control.
No guarantee of results, admissions, or career outcomes.
Not affiliated with any government body, university, or admission authority.
Not responsible for failures caused by third-party services, including payment gateways, institutions, or network issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts where iLearnWhy is registered.
